- Express delivery by DHL

Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via the delivery method you have chosen when ordering. Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
In order to avoid any problems when receiving your package, we invite you to read carefully the following information:
For any order delivered in Metropolitan France (including Corsica), DHL or Colissimo will deliver the package to the recipient designated on the delivery note.
If it is impossible for you to receive your package on the date indicated, you have the possibility to give a new delivery instruction by contacting DHL or Colissimo.
You will be delivered within a maximum of ten (10) business days for delivery to Metropolitan France, and twenty (20) business days for delivery to any other destination, starting the day following payment of the order.
Any order placed on the Site from Monday to Friday before 2pm will be processed the same day; after 2pm, it will be processed the following day. Any order placed on Friday after 2pm, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday; it being specified that orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the following working day.
You have not received your order within the specified time limit
You have received the shipping confirmation email but you have not received your order within the specified time:

If you are not delivered by the end of the specified period:
You may ask us (by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, or in writing on another durable medium) to make the delivery within a reasonable additional period.
If we have not complied with this deadline, the sale may then, if you so wish, be cancelled (by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, or in writing on another durable medium, under the conditions provided for in Article L138-2 of the Consumer Code).
The sale will be considered as cancelled upon receipt by us of the letter or writing informing us of this cancellation, unless we have executed in the meantime.
You will then be refunded all sums paid (including shipping costs paid at the time of ordering for the item concerned) within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which the sale has been cancelled.
When you receive your order, systematically check the condition of your package, the good condition of the item ordered, as well as its conformity with the order.
- If you notice that your package or item has been damaged, we invite you to specify it on the carrier's delivery note, and immediately contact our Customer Service: email@example.com In your message, do not forget to mention the damage observed. In all cases, you have a period of three (3) days, not including public holidays, from the receipt of your package to notify the carrier, by extrajudicial act or registered letter, of any reservations (Article L133-3 of the French Commercial Code)
- If the delivered items do not correspond to your order, you may return them, in accordance with the cancellation procedures and conditions.
